I think Wolfram is much better as the seme, since he old then yuuri, and he love yuuri more and willing protect him. Plus I heard in the manga Wolfram as try to top yuuri on the bed o_o, so that mean Wolram is really a seme.

I don't what make yuuri a seme. Maybe he other side the maou side.

Btw the kiss remember of the ova. and yet your so more love to it. :)
